These terms govern your use of the QuickRec marketing website (quickrec.org) and application platform (app.quickrec.org).
About the Service
QuickRec is a voice recording and AI meeting notes product for Amazfit smartwatch users, developed and operated by the QuickRec team. The service consists of two parts:
- quickrec.org: the marketing website, providing product information, feature descriptions, and legal documents.
- app.quickrec.org: the application platform, providing account management, device pairing, recording management, speech transcription, and AI meeting notes generation.

To use our services, you must meet the following conditions:
- Age requirement: you must be at least 14 years old (or the minimum age required by the laws of your jurisdiction).
- Accurate information: you must provide true and accurate information when registering. Impersonation or creation of fake accounts is prohibited.
- Account security: you are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately.

User Content
All content you record, upload, and generate on QuickRec — including audio recordings, transcription text, and AI meeting notes — belongs to you. You grant QuickRec only the rights necessary to provide the service. We will not use your content to train AI models or for any purpose unrelated to the service.
Recording Compliance
When using the recording feature, you are solely responsible for complying with applicable laws and regulations on recording, consent, and privacy in your jurisdiction.
- In many regions, recording conversations requires the explicit consent of all parties. Please ensure you have obtained the necessary authorizations before recording.
- QuickRec provides only the technical tools. We do not assume legal responsibility for the compliance of your recording activities.
- Any legal disputes arising from your recording activities are your sole responsibility.
Third-Party AI Services
If you configure and use a third-party AI provider (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic Claude) within QuickRec:
- You must comply with the terms of service and usage policies of the AI provider you connect.
- Your transcription text will be sent to your designated provider for processing. QuickRec is not responsible for that provider's handling of the data.
- You are responsible for any costs incurred when using third-party AI services.
- QuickRec makes no warranties regarding the accuracy, compliance, or fitness of content generated by third-party AI services.
Service Availability & Disclaimer
QuickRec will make commercially reasonable efforts to keep the service available and stable, but does not guarantee:
- Uninterrupted or error-free operation of the service.
- Absolute accuracy of speech transcription and AI meeting note results. All transcription and AI content is for reference only.
- Freedom from service interruptions or data loss due to force majeure, third-party service failures, or network outages.
